- 1 large box quick oats (2 lb. 10 oz.)
- 2 c. shredded coconut
- 2 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. raw cashews or almonds, chopped
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 c. honey
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix together the first 6 ingredients.

2Whiz together in blender the next 5 ingredients.

3Add to dry mixture, stirring thoroughly.

4Bake at 250°, stirring every 20 minutes for about 1 hour or until brown.

5Yields 24 cups.
