  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (11 oz.) bag nacho cheese Doritos
  • 1 whole chicken

Directions

    Boil and debone chicken and pour into mixing bowl.

    Add all ingredients except cheese.

    Mix together and pour into 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 350° until cheese melts.

    Serves 6. You may want to prepare your chicken ahead of time and freeze to make this a quick meal.
