  • 1/2 onion
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes

    Boil chicken; butter dish.

    Add onion, cheese, chips and chicken to dish.

    Heat can of mushroom soup, chicken soup and 1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes.

    Pour over chicken.

    Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
