- medium Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- bag Tostitos
- chicken broth (1/2 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 large onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken and debone.

2Melt Velveeta cheese and Ro-Tel in microwave.

3Boil onion until done.

4Combine all ingredients except Tostitos.

5In casserole dish, put a layer of mixture, layer Tostitos; repeat until all gone.

6Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

7Bake at 350° until bubbly.
