  • 1 lb cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroon soup
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 bag shredded cheese
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 large bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 small head of lettuce
  • 1 large onion(can be left out if you don't like onions)
  • 1 small can mushrooms

Directions

    Mix chicken and cream of mushroom soup and chili powder~ set aside. crush tortilla chips, dice onion, shred lettuce and cut up mushrooms. place crushed tortilla chips in bottom of glass baking dish then layer with chicken & mushroom soup mixture,diced(drained) tomatoes,onions,mushrooms,and bake for approximately 20 minutes on 350. Remove from oven and top with crushed tortilla chips and cheese . place back in the oven until cheese is melted~~

    approximately 10 minutes. remove from oven, and top with shredded lettuce and sour cream. My 8 year old loves this one and she is very picky.
