- 1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
- 1 large onion, sauteed in butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 (7 oz.) bag nacho cheese chips
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook and debone chicken; set aside.

2Saute onion in butter in large saucepan; add soups and tomatoes.

3Crush chips and place in bottom of 13-inch baking dish.

4Pour broth over chips.

5Layer 1/2 of chicken and 1/2 of soup mixture; repeat, ending with soup mixture.

6Cover with shredded Cheddar cheese.

7Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 375°.
