- 1 chicken, boiled
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 large onion, chopped and sauteed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 bag (8 1/2 oz.) regular size corn chips
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 to 2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Take chicken off bones and cut into bite size pieces.

2Combine enchilada sauce and soup, onion, garlic salt, pepper and chicken. In 12 x 7 x 2-inch pan, layer half the corn chips, chicken mixture and remaining chips.

3Sprinkle cheese over chips.

4Pour broth over mixture.

5Bake at 350° until the cheese melts.
