- 3 c. corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
- 2 c. tomato puree
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder or 1/2 c. diced green chile
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Saute onion in hot oil until golden yellow.

2Mix together remaining ingredients.

5Pour into a buttered casserole.

6Bake 1 hour at 350°.
