- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/4 c. pimento pepper
- 1 c. onion rings
- 1 c. tomatoes, cut in cubes
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Mix corn, butter, peppers, salt and onion rings in heavy saucepan.

2Cook, covered, 7 minutes on medium heat.

3Stir several times with spoon.

4Add tomatoes and oregano.

5Cook, uncovered, until tomatoes are done.
