  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag trader joe's frozen fire roasted corn
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • cumin (optional)

Directions

    Melt butter in canola oil on stove and sautee garlic until slightly brown.

    Add frozen corn, chilies, salt and pepper.
