  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 6 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small carton sour cream
