- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Mix 1/4 cup soup with all ingredients, except water and can of mushrooms.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Shape into 6 patties; place in shallow baking dish, uncovered.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat.

5Mix remaining soup, water and small can of mushrooms.

6Pour over meat.

7Bake 10 minutes longer.
