  • 1 c. stone ground whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. stone ground yellow corn meal
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 c. non-instant dry milk solids
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers

    Add remaining ingredients and mix just enough to moisten.
