  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 2/3 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper, crushed
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 onion, chopped
