  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 to 6 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 (No. 3) can white corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. bacon oil
  • 1 lb. grated cheese
  • garlic to taste
