  • 3 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 2/3 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 (No. 2) can creamed corn
  • 7 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 large onion, chopped

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with oil and dust with corn meal. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
