- 1/4 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese with jalapeno pepper, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Directions

1Combine the cheese and milk in a saucepan; stir over low heat until the cheese is melted.

2Add mixture and egg to muffin mix, mixing just until moistened.

3Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
