Meat Pie With Mashed Potato

  • 1 lb. leftover cooked pot roast or 1 lb. hamburg
  • season with onion, salt and pepper
  • 1 small pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, cooked
  • 2 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 can water

Directions

    Cut meat into small cubes and brown slightly in frying pan. Then place into a greased casserole.

    Spread cooked corn over top; spread soup over top, adding 1/4 can of water.

    Spread mashed potatoes over top, dot with butter and bake in 400° oven until brown.

    You may also use peas and carrots in place of corn.
