  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 or 4 jalapeno peppers
