  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small can corn, drained
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 c. milk or buttermilk
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 hot peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper
  • 2 c. onions
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Bake in a large heated, oiled skillet at 350° for 30 minutes, or until firm and lightly browned. This is very moist.
