- 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. sweet milk
- 3 eggs
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, place cornmeal, corn, onions, cheese, salt, baking powder and red pepper.

2Mix lightly.

3Make a well in the dry ingredients and add eggs, oil and milk.

4Mix and pour into a well-greased 13 x 8-inch pan.

5Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Cut and serve.

6Yields 24 small pieces.
