- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies or chop 2 hot peppers
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. corn meal mix
Directions

1Cream oleo and sugar.

2Blend in eggs.

3Add chilies, corn and cheese.

4Add corn meal; mix well.

5Pour in a greased pan and bake at 400° for about 30 minutes.
