  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies or chop 2 hot peppers
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. corn meal mix

Directions

    Cream oleo and sugar.

    Blend in eggs.

    Add chilies, corn and cheese.

    Add corn meal; mix well.

    Pour in a greased pan and bake at 400° for about 30 minutes.
