  • 2 c. Corn Bread mix
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. bell peppers
  • 1/2 c. banana pepper with juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
  • 1/2 c. oil (in bottom of cup or skillet)

Directions

    Mix and pour into heated skillet.
