  • 1 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup (1 small can) green chilies
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup or 1 (8 ounce) can cream style corn

Directions

    Mix together in large bowl. Bake as you do other bread. I bake in an iron skillet at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes or until done.
