  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 can chopped green chiles
  • 1 (9 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. shredded sharp cheese

Directions

    Mix everything except 1/2 cup cheese.

    Pour into an 8 or 9-inch round or square pan.

    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until skewer comes out clean and crust is browned.
