- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 small can cream-style corn
- 3 Tbsp. chopped sweet green or red peppers
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
- 2 chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix all except cheese.

2Preheat oven to 375° and grease large skillet.

3Pour 1/2 of mixture in pan.

4Add 1/2 cheese. Pour rest of mixture on top and add cheese.

5Bake about 50 minutes.
