  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder or 4 garlic buttons, chopped
  • 2 1/2 c. sweet milk
  • 2 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, shredded
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground meat (beef or sausage)
  • 3 oz. jalapeno pepper, chopped

Directions

  1. 1
    Partly cook meat and onion. Add to batter and cook in moderate oven. Best cooked in iron skillet.
