- 8 1/2 oz. can creamed corn
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 c. self-rising corn meal
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix eggs, sour cream and oil well.

2Mix dry ingredients and add to the mixture.

3Pour half of batter into hot skillet.

4Sprinkle cheese over this and add remaining batter.

5Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
