  • 1 1/4 c. corn meal
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) can drained whole kernel corn
  • 1 (4 oz.) can drained, chopped green peppers
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
