- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 (12 oz.) can corn
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped green chilies
- 3 Tbsp. salsa
Directions

1Blend muffin mix, milk and eggs. Add corn, cheese, chilies and salsa. Blend. Spread into lightly buttered iron skillet. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
