  • 1 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 small can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion

    Beat eggs, milk and oil together.
