- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 1/2 c. creamed corn (canned)
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix preceding ingredients together.
