- 1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
- 2 cans cream-style corn (16 oz. can)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cans green chilies, chopped
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Combine oil, corn, garlic, eggs and cornmeal.

2Spread 1/2 of mixture in 2-quart casserole dish.

3Top with 1/2 chilies and cheese.

4Repeat layers.

5Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
