  • 1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 2 cans cream-style corn (16 oz. can)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans green chilies, chopped
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Combine oil, corn, garlic, eggs and cornmeal.

    Spread 1/2 of mixture in 2-quart casserole dish.

    Top with 1/2 chilies and cheese.
