  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 2 to 3 small green onions, chopped
  • 1 can green chiles
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 chopped banana or jalapeno (hot) peppers
