- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. creamed corn
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 4 tsp. margarine, melted
- 4 oz. grated cheese (Cheddar)
Directions

1Beat eggs in medium bowl.

2Add other ingredients, except cheese.

3Pour half mixture in 9-inch pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

4Sprinkle cheese, then add the rest of the mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

5Divide into 6 servings.
