  • 2/3 c. corn meal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 4 tsp. margarine, melted
  • 4 oz. grated cheese (Cheddar)

    Beat eggs in medium bowl.

    Add other ingredients, except cheese.

    Pour half mixture in 9-inch pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

    Sprinkle cheese, then add the rest of the mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Divide into 6 servings.
