- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
- 1/4 c. bell pepper
- 1/2 c. hot peppers (sauce with juice), chopped
- 2/3 c. cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. grated cheese, divided
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of cheese.

3Place in a hot greased skillet; sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
