  • 1 package refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 12 teaspoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 small zucchini, cut into 1/8-inch slices
  • 4 plum tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 11 slices mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 cup torn fresh basil
