- 2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 3 c. grated Longhorn cheese
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 large cans green chilies, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Mix cornmeal, baking powder and salt.

2Add milk, beaten eggs, oil, creamed corn, chilies and 1 1/2 cups of cheese.

3Put in buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.

4Top with remaining cheese.

5Bake at 375°, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until done.
