- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 6 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 3/4 c. jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except cheese and peppers.

2Add grated cheese and jalapeno peppers.

3Pour into two 9 x 12-inch pans or one 12 x 18-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.
