  • 9 c. crushed pears
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large pan and boil until thick enough to spread.

    Mixture must be stirred constantly while cooking.

    When ready, mixture will splatter and pop.

    Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
