  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 c. green onions with tops
  • 3 to 4 jalapeno peppers (optional)
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix well all ingredients except cheese.
