  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 (1 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
