  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 pods hot pepper
  • 1/2 pod sweet pepper (optional)
  • 2 to 4 chopped green onions
  • 2 c. grated cheese
