- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 pkg. yellow cornbread mix
- 1 box frozen broccoli
- 12 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
- 4 eggs (add last, one at a time)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Put into hot, greased cast-iron skillet. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

3Take out and sprinkle cheese on top.

4Continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes, until done.
