- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 3 or 4 hot banana peppers
- 1 large onion
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 c. chopped Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Chop fine the pepper and onion.

2Mix meal, eggs and oil.

3Add buttermilk, corn, cheese, pepper and onion.

4Mix well.

5Bake in iron skillet at 450° for 25 to 30 minutes.
