  • 1 c. white cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 (4 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. corn
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

    Preheat oven to 350°, letting butter melt in iron skillet. Mix dry ingredients.
