  • 2 c. corn bread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. longhorn cheese, grated
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 can cream-style corn

    You can add a little vinegar from the peppers.

    Mix all together and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
