- 1 (8 oz.) can yellow cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions
