- 1/2 c. creamed corn
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
- 5 slices bacon, chopped up
- jalapeno peppers, chopped (as much as you like)
Directions

1Mix up like regular cornbread.

2Add bacon, corn and pepper. Pour into the skillet and put cheese on top. Then punch cheese down into mixture.

3Don't let cheese get on bottom or side of skillet.

4It will stick to your skillet.

5Cook at 425° to 450° until brown.
