  • 6 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 jalapeno peppers

    Blend flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; add cornmeal. Blend 2 eggs, milk and oil.
